Data collection on this website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?

The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator ATP Cosmetic GmbH.

ATP Cosmetic GmbH
Obere Eichen 7

E-mail: contact@ph-plex.com

How do we collect your data?

When our website is called up, we collect personal data which your browser transmits to the server of our web space provider. The provider of our pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us.

These are data which are technically necessary to display our contents to you and to guarantee stability and security. The following server log files are transmitted to the web space provider of our homepage:

Name of the web page called up, file, date and time of the call, amount of data transferred, notification of successful call, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the page visited before), IP address and the requesting provider.

The web space provider is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

The web space provider will only process your data to the extent that this is necessary to fulfil its performance obligations.

SSL und HTTPS encryption

The data transfer to your own webspace is secured by SSL and HTTPS encryption. To make the data transfer to our webspace as secure as possible, we have integrated the SSL certificate with “HTTPS”, which you can see at any time through the browser display of our pages. The symbol for secure data transmission is a green lock, the HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) transmission can be found in the address line of your web browser. There the first five characters of the abbreviation “https” indicate the secure connection.

An SSL certificate enables a user’s computer to identify and confirm the identity of the website server. The browser first checks whether it is really in contact with the correct server. It then determines an encryption with which the data of the session, i.e. the website visit, is encoded.

Especially for your data transmission to us via one of our contact forms, we offer the highest possible security of your data through SSL and HTTPS encryption.

Google Ads Conversion

We use the offer of Google Ads Conversion on our website. With the use of advertisements (so-called Google Ads) on external websites we draw attention to our attractive offers. In this way we try to show you advertisements that really interest you. We also use this tool to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.

Google Ads Conversion is a service of Google and is delivered by Google via so-called “Ad Servers”. Via an Ad Server Cookie, user behavior and successful click results are recorded and evaluated, for example the display of ads or clicks by users.

If you reach our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will store a cookie on your end device. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally, but this enables Google to recognize your Internet browser. The unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wishes to be contacted) are usually stored as analysis values for this cookie.

If a user visits certain pages of an ad client’s website and the cookie stored on their computer has not expired, both Google and the ad client will be able to track that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. A different cookie is assigned to each ad client. As a result, cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of ad clients.

We ourselves collect and process the following data in Google Ads Conversion and Google Ads

no personal data, but Google only provides us with statistical evaluations. We cannot identify a user on the basis of this information. However, we can use these evaluations to identify which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective and interesting for you.

Your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool. However, Google can assign the visit to your account if you are registered with Google. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that Google will determine and save your IP address. Through the integration of Ads Conversion, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us.

You can prevent participation in Google Ads in several ways: a) by adjusting your browser software to prevent you from receiving third-party ads, in particular by disabling third-party cookies; b) by disabling cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the www.googleadservices.com domain, https://www.google.de/settings/ads, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies; c) by deactivating interest-based ads from the providers that are part of the self-regulation campaign “About Ads” via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies; d) by permanently deactivating them in your Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browsers under the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin, e) by means of an appropriate Cookies settings. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this offer to their full extent.

You can find further information on data protection at Google here: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy and https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html. Alternatively, you can visit the website of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at http://www.networkadvertising.org
